From airspace management to code: trained as a Civil Aviation Engineer (IEEAC / ENAC), I spent 6 years designing airspaces and deploying operational procedures at the Paris Area Control Center, one of Europe’s busiest, before switching to software development. I keep from it the rigor of a field where risk management is non-negotiable, which I combine with the pragmatism of rapid iteration and software best practices.

I’ve worked across critical domains: civil aviation, European healthcare research, telemedicine at scale (MSF, Emirates, SMUR Île-de-France) and telecom networking (SD-WAN). I owned both technical and organizational layers: architecture, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, team mentoring, cross-functional coordination. At Ekinops, I designed the release process of a product maintained across several versions in parallel. I work with TDD, systematic code reviews, living documentation and iterative delivery (Scrum/Kanban).

Containerized SD-WAN product: ~20 module repositories, 13 parallel release lines. Sole owner of build & release, including coordination with dev teams.

• GitLab CI overhaul of product repositories: 800+ line monolithic pipeline split into templates, scripts deduplicated, crane instead of docker-in-docker; in place on production projects.
• Restored CI broken by Debian 11 end of life, backported to 3 release lines.
• Renovate rolled out to production across ~20 repositories through a central instance.
• Designed the component release process: semver versioning, pinned manifests, image promotion without rebuild; documented, presented and advocated to dev teams, adoption in progress.
• Base image strategy review: security and supply chain recommendations (digest pinning, non-root, SBOM, CVE gating) and roadmap.
